Youth Performance Training

Our Youth Performance training sessions are designed to help athletes improve their performance and prevent injuries.  We conduct a full Kinesiology-based assessment that examines every joint in the body and the muscles that cross them. This assessment helps athletes gain a better understanding of how their body moves, functions, and recovers, ultimately leading to greater success on the field.  

Advanced & Professional Athletes

By incorporating technical exercises that set the base and raise the threshold of force across all joints, athletes can maximize their athleticism with full speed motions and change of direction. This will result in better execution times and improved basic motor tasks. Remember, it takes what it takes to achieve success in athletics and pin pointing weak areas in our anatomy will help identify the cause of imbalances and how the athlete is over compensating for it.

Our Recovery Care Package is tailored to assist athletes in optimizing their training sessions by offering the essential components of proper recovery.  We acknowledge that recovery is equally significant as training, and UpFront offers all the necessary elements to ensure that body is well taken of.
